Living Alignment Embodied Centering

Centering is not something you Do, and posture is not a Position.  Both are processes that are influenced by How you are in relationship to gravity and space.

In the Context of the biological matrix of spirals and the fascial fabric of tensegrity, we will offer sounds, breaths, images and fluid movements, while exploring moving in space and receiving support. This embodied inquiry will encourage healthy movement dynamics, deepen connection, and enhance a broader range of expression.

 Continuum supports our capacity to:

·      Be perceptual, not conceptual

·      Explore movement possibilities in multidimensional space.

·      Inhabit our bodies with sensory awareness.

·      To be HERE (gravity) in the WHERE (space)

·      Orient and adapt to our context and environment.
